The sun helps your body to absorb vitamin D, which is essential for the absorption of calcium and phosphorus. Minerals necessary for healthy bones and teeth.What is mind boggling then is knowing when exposure has become excessive. Well, depending on these factors one can have an idea of how much time to spend exposed to the sun. Time of the day, the place, skin colour and intensity of the sun all play a role in determining the extent to which one can stay exposed.
